Richard Gere hit the red carpet in a black tuxedo on October 8, 2024. He and his wife, Alejandra Silva were getting rather frisky with each other, and fans couldn’t help but give their reaction on how it made them feel.
It got started at the Zürich Film Festival, held in Zürich, Switzerland. Gere wore a nice black tuxedo with a white collared shirt and a black bow tie to go along with it. He stood on the carpet with his wife, who wore a sleeveless dress that showcased her arms.
Although it was interesting to see the way they were dressed, it was also interesting to see how much they couldn’t keep their hands off of each other. They were posing for the camera, and having a lot of fun at the same time.
Many fans couldn’t help but admire the couple, saying that it was a sweet site and talking about how attractive his wife was. Others spoke about how much they appreciated Richard Gere and his work.
Then again, there were some who were not quite as happy with the couple. This includes one fan who said they didn’t like her dress and that she looked much younger than he was.
Others said that she looked a lot like Julia Roberts, which is ironic since one of his most famous roles was with Julia Roberts in the movie, Pretty Woman. Despite the subject matter of the movie, he does claim that there was no real chemistry between them.
That doesn’t seem to be the case between him and his wife and their recent appearance shows it. Even she said: “I never thought I’d find a man so perfect for me. I have no words to describe my happiness.”
His wife also acknowledges the age difference, saying that it was meant to be. She speaks about how he has more energy and sometimes makes it challenging for her to keep up. She claims: “He has promised me at least 20 good years!”
She also speaks about how she brings stability to the relationship, saying: “Above all, it helped I wasn’t an actress or a model. I never had any interest in that. What has united us the most is our desire to help other people who need it, our commitment to Buddhism and the Tibetan people.”
Every person needs to decide for themselves what is right and wrong with their relationship. It’s easy to see that he cares for his wife, and this appearance and others like it have proven it.
